YOUR TASKS

As our AI Officer, you will be the central architect of our digital future, actively driving the evolution of HEERO Motors into a fully AI-driven organization:

  • Strategy & Roadmap: You will develop and spearhead the AI strategy for HEERO Motors, identifying key opportunities for efficiency gains across all departments.

  • Process Optimization: You will analyze existing workflows—from production to sales—and automate them by deploying smart AI agents and cutting-edge automation tools.

  • Enablement & Training: You will empower the entire team to leverage AI effectively, introducing best practices and establishing a company-wide "AI-first" culture.

  • Innovation & Benchmarking: You will monitor the global AI landscape, evaluate the relevance of emerging technologies for our vehicle analytics or production, and execute high-impact Proof-of-Concepts (PoCs).

  • Stakeholder Management: You will collaborate closely with the software department and the executive leadership to ensure our AI infrastructure is secure, scalable, and future-proof.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Education & Experience: You hold a degree or equivalent qualification in (Business) Informatics, Data Science, Business Engineering, or a related field, backed by deep technical understanding.

  • AI Expertise: You possess profound knowledge of current AI technologies (LLMs, Machine Learning, Automation Tools) and a proven track record of integrating them profitably into business processes.

  • Essential Skills: Practical experience in implementing AI solutions (e.g., via APIs, No-Code/Low-Code platforms, or Python) and a solid grasp of data privacy and compliance requirements (e.g., the EU AI Act).

  • Working Style: You are a "Builder" with an analytical mindset. You have the ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights and act with a high degree of autonomy and solution-orientation.

  • Mindset: You are fueled by innovation, constantly challenge the status quo, and possess the resilience required to transform HEERO Motors into a truly AI-driven pioneer.
