We are pioneering the future of electric mobility. Our vision extends beyond manufacturing state-of-the-art electric vehicles; we aim to revolutionize how these vehicles are managed, maintained, and improved over their lifecycle. We're embarking on an ambitious project to develop an internal fleet management application. This platform will not only enhance our responsiveness to customer incidents but also enable us to leverage usage data and error analysis for product improvement. Looking ahead, the application will facilitate over-the-air software updates, seamless system integration, and predictive maintenance capabilities.

DEINE AUFGABEN

Lead and participate in the development of a comprehensive fleet management web application, choosing the best front-end and back-end technologies for the task.
Architect a scalable, cloud-based infrastructure that supports real-time data analysis, predictive maintenance, and future integration with vehicle software updates.
Design and implement data analytics capabilities within the application to enable deep insights into fleet usage, maintenance needs, and performance optimization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, aligning the project's objectives with the broader company goals and ensuring a cohesive approach to product development.
Mentor and guide the project team, fostering an environment of innovation and excellence in software development practices.
Thrive in an agile environment, utilizing the SCRUM framework to enhance collaboration and efficiency in our project development processes.

WEN WIR SUCHEN

Strong background in web application development, with proven expertise in both front-end and back-end technologies.
Demonstrated experience in cloud architecture, particularly with platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
Skilled in the selection and implementation of technology stacks, open to working with various frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js, etc.).
Knowledge of data analytics and the ability to integrate data-driven decision-making into the development process.
Familiarity with IoT technologies, real-time data processing, and large-scale data management.
Proficiency in RESTful APIs, SQL/NoSQL databases, security best practices, CI/CD, Docker/Kubernetes, and automated testing.
Leadership experience in technology projects, coupled with a willingness to engage in hands-on development.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Experience with electric vehicle systems is a plus.
You embody team spirit, flexibility, and the ability to quickly grasp new concepts.
An entrepreneurial mindset, goal-oriented project focus, and a keen interest in electric mobility define you.
Proficiency in English is required to communicate effectively in both writing and speech. German language skills are a plus, adding value to our diverse team.
